FAQs
What is mental performance consulting?
1
Mental performance consulting is about learning how your brain can be your most powerful tool during a performance or competition. Mental skills combined with the physical and technical training you already do can help give you the edge you need to perform with more confidence, resilience, and consistency. Mental performance isn’t counseling or therapy that addresses mental health, it’s strictly about using your brain to your advantage to be the best you can when the pressure is on. It’s also important to know that mental performance is not a quick-fix or some “special sauce” that you can learn in one session or from one book- it takes effort, deliberate practice, and regular self-reflection just like building muscle takes more than one rep in the gym.

We offer many different types of sessions, from one-on-one coaching with a performance consultant, to workshops for teams or coaches and season-long packages for a more embedded approach. Sessions can be done virtually or in-person and at whatever frequency best meets your needs.
